CANCELLATION POLICY​

At Shunya Theory, every order is crafted with purpose and care. However, we understand that you may occasionally need to make changes. Here's how cancellations work:

 

1. When Can I Cancel My Order?

You can request to cancel your order if:

• It has not yet been processed or shipped from our warehouse

• It is a Cash on Delivery (COD) order and the request is made within 12 hours of placement

For prepaid orders, cancellation is only possible before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

 

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation:

• Email us at support@shunyatheory.com with your order ID

• Or WhatsApp us at [91-8595514821]

We’ll confirm if your order is eligible for cancellation and respond within 24 business hours.

 

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

• If a prepaid order is canceled before shipping, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• COD orders are simply canceled with no refund involved.

• Please note: Refunds are also applicable under our 7-day no-questions return policy (see Returns & Exchanges for details).

 

4. Exceptions

• Orders already packed or dispatched cannot be canceled

• Limited edition or pre-order items are non-cancellable once confirmed

• Custom requests (if applicable) are final and non-cancellable
