CONSCIOUS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At Shunya Theory, we believe in conscious fashion, not casual returns. Each product is designed with intention and crafted with care. While we usually do not provide returns, for a limited time we are offering a no-questions-asked return within 7 days of delivery. We continue to offer exchanges to ensure you find the right product with the desired fit.

Our mission is to revive and celebrate India's timeless heritage through meaningful apparel. To uphold this purpose, we encourage thoughtful purchases. This temporary return window is designed to build trust as we launch, while continuing to honor our philosophy of conscious fashion.

 

1. Return & Exchange Options

• Returns (Limited Period Offer):

  • You may request a no-questions-asked return within 7 days of delivery. While no explanation is required, we may ask you to share your reason for returning to help us improve our products and service.

  • A full refund will be processed once the product passes our quality check.

• Exchanges: You can request a one-time exchange per order within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong item or size.

  • The product is damaged or defective (report within 48 hours).

  • You need a different size (subject to availability).

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Tags and packaging must be intact.

• No stains, fragrance, or signs of wear.

• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Product must match your original order record.

• All accessories (if included) must be returned.

 

3. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order ID

• Clear photos of the issue

Requests for damaged or incorrect items made beyond 48 hours may not be eligible for exchange, even if within the 7-day window.

 

4. Pickup & Shipping

• We will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days (where serviceable)

• If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product

• All approved returns, exchanges, or replacements will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of raising the request.

• During our launch phase, first-time returns and exchanges are free of charge.

• One-time exchange only, subject to stock availability

• For defective/incorrect items, all shipping costs are covered by us

 

5. What Is Not Eligible for Exchange

• Worn, washed, or damaged products

• Items returned after the 7-day window

• Final sale / discounted items (30% or more off)

• Gift cards, promotional items, and freebies
