SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY​​

We aim to deliver every piece of Shunya Theory with care and timeliness. Here’s how our shipping process works:

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• In rare cases (such as high-volume launches), processing may take up to 3 working days.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After the dispatch, all orders will be delivered as per the below mentioned timeline:

• Delhi/NCR: 3–4 working days

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 5–6 working days

• Rest of India: 6–8 working days

• Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, logistics issues, or regional disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such rare cases.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS and email.

• If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 working days, please contact us at support@shunyatheory.com.

4. Shipping Charges

• We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• Orders below ₹999 or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a nominal shipping or handling fee, visible at checkout.

5. Order Issues or Delays

• If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, reach out to our support team. We’ll coordinate with the courier partner for a quick resolution.

• Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Shunya Theory is not liable for stolen, misplaced, or unclaimed parcels. Please ensure the delivery address is secure.

• However, if your product arrives but you wish to return or exchange it, you are eligible under our 7-day no-questions return/exchange policy (see Returns & Exchanges page for details).

6. Pre-Orders (If applicable)

• For items marked as “Pre-Order,” the expected dispatch timeline will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

7. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.

• International shipping is not available yet but will be introduced soon. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

8. Address Edits & Delivery Instructions

• If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make the change before dispatch.

• After this window, we may not be able to modify your order as it may already be in processing.

• Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

• Please double-check your address at checkout and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
